Our Condition Rating System

Much like a good dating profile, the best preloved bag listings will include ALL the important details that you as a buyer should be aware of before purchasing. All our bags go through a thorough inspection and are ranked on a scale from Fair to Like New Condition as follows:

LIKE NEW
Item appears unused and is in pristine condition.

EXCELLENT
Item is clean and appears to have very little wear.

GOOD
Item may show some signs of previous use but still has a lot of life left.

FAIR
Items will have some noticeable signs of wear.

All signs of wear will be meticulously described and documented both during our live preview and on all product listings.
